So far, so good for 2020

After a really dismal, soggy autumn and run up to Christmas we’ve had a great start to 2020, we attended BETA International at the NEC and had some amazing feedback on our product range. We caught up with some fantastic customers and met some potential new ones and even spotted Princess Anne walk by as she did her tour of the show.
Going out and meeting our customers is what makes the difference between our team feeling like we are just doing a job and our team loving what we do. We have said it a million times before but as a family business we take enormous pride in making sure our products are the best possible quality we can produce and when that relies on nature and the elements, factors way beyond our control, sometimes that can be pretty deflating, especially with the weather conditions we experienced in the latter months of 2019. Getting out and about and going to shows really helps us to continue producing top quality feeds.
We are constantly looking for new events and shows to attend, if you have an event or show that you think we would fit in with then please get in touch, if we can be there then we will be.
The men on the farm have been busy getting all the machinery ready for the start of the new season and soon we will see tractors emerging from the sheds looking shiny and new, the famous Bardney Dairies duck egg blue paint will have been applied in the grass drier and this year we’ve even treated everyone to new uniforms to wear.
The machinery isn’t the only thing that’s had a facelift this winter, you will be seeing a slight change in our packaging over the next few months as our new logo and branding is introduced to our range of feeds.
We’ll be back in a couple weeks to keep you up to date with the developments at Emerald Green Feeds, see you all soon.
